Welcome to the 2020 Kre8tors Blog Hop! I’m so excited to be part of this fun collaboration with fellow demonstrators. This month’s theme is SAB and Mini Catalog. I can’t wait to show you my project!
I cannot take credit for this project. I got the idea from ones that Wendy Cranford created, and you can see hers HERE. Thank you Wendy for the inspiration! I created my boxes based on her measurements, but used the From My Heart Stamp set.
The measurements for the box base are as follows:
Cut your card stock to measure 5 3/8″ x 6 3/4″. Score on the short side at 2 1/2″ and 2 7/8″. Score on the long side at 3/8″ and 6 3/8″.
For this first box, the Heart Doily is what keeps the flap of the box closed.
The belly band for this next one is made from a piece of the From My Heart DSP and measures 2 1/2″ x 6 3/8″, scored at 1″, 1 3/8″, 3 7/8″, and 4 1/4″. The banner for this one was cut at 1 1/2″ x 4″ and punched with the Triple Banner Punch.
Both projects have a Starburst Punch and a Stitched Shape circle. Both of the sentiments are from the Heartfelt stamp set.
