October 2020 Technique Blog Hop

Welcome to the October 2020 Technique Blog Hop! I’m so excited to be part of this fun collaboration with fellow demonstrators. This month’s technique is Shaving Cream stamping. I can’t wait to show you my project!

I was not as happy with the way my project turned out this time, but I will absolutely try my hand at this technique again! I used Shaded Spruce and Cherry Cobbler. Below is a close up of my background.

Shaving Cream stamping is easy. All you need is – paper towels, paper plate, stick or Bone Folder, adhesive, shaving cream, Stampin Dimensionals, Stampin’ Up! Inks of your choice, Stampin’ Up! cardstock of your choice, Stampin’ Up! Ink Refills of your choice, stamp set of your choice.

Fill your paper plate with shaving cream, and smooth it out a little. Add several drops of your reinker to the shaving cream and use the stick or Bone Folder to swirl the ink around slightly. Don’t over mix or you will not get a good marbled effect. Press your cardstock into the shaving cream, and wipe off with a paper towel. Assemble your card.

Thank you for hopping to my site and checking out my project! If you saw something you love, please contact your demonstrator to place your order. If you don’t have a demonstrator, I would love to help you!
