Hello everyone and Happy Tuesday! I have a pretty card today that I made with the Beautiful Friendship stamp set. I stamped the flowers in Flirty Flamingo. In this color, they remind of the Rose of Sharon bushes that are at my grandmothers house in Pittsburgh. They are so pretty when they bloom and they are almost this color.
I started with a Whisper White Thick cardstock base 8 1/2″ X 5 1/2″ folded in half. I added a piece of Flirty Flamingo measuring 5 1/4″ X 4″. I stamped my sentiment in Flirty Flamingo on the bottom right of this piece. I attached a piece of Vellum measuring 1 3/4″ X 5″ and layered a piece of Flax Ribbon to the top of the vellum. I cut a piece of Whisper White to measure 3 3/4″ X 2 1/2″. I stamped my flowers in Flirty Flamingo, the centers in Crushed Curry, and the Leaves in Granny Apple Green.
I think this color combo is super fun. It may be more of a spring like card.
I think the Flax Ribbon really finishes off the card nicely.
