More July 2018 Paper Pumpkin

Hey everyone! I have the rest of my July Paper Pumpkin projects for you today. This month’s kit was called Picnic Paradise, and I think it is my FAVORITE so far. I had some company while I was prepping for my LIVE event the other day!

This 1st card was inspired my one made by my fabulously talented upline Rachel Tessman. You can see her card here. Mine is quite a bit smaller though.

This is a bridge fold card that was reversed. The back of the card now becomes the front to make this cute picnic table.

This card was the one I featured in my live event for this month. You can view the video on my Sugar and Scraps Facebook page! I saw a lot of variations of this card, and had to make one of my own. I put a blueberry on the inside of the card instead of adding it to the basket.

Instructions
1.Cut Soft Suede to 8 ½ X 5 ½ , score in half at 4 ¼, fold in half, and crease with your Bone Folder.
2.Cut 2 pieces of Very Vanilla to 5 ¼ X 4. Adhere one piece to card front, and the other to the inside.
3.Using a Sponge Dobber, ink the basket and handle with Soft Suede Ink. This will make the basket look weathered.
4.Using your bone folder, put a slight curve in the basket and the handle. This will add some dimension.
5.Put the brad through the hole in the basket handle, flatten the prongs, and secure with a piece of tape.
6.Adhere some of the cotton paper over the front edge of the basket.
7.Secure the handle to the basket with a glue dot.
8.Secure the cutout pieces on the Apple and Blueberries with a piece of tape.
9.Using separate Sponge Dobbers, ink the edges of each piece of fruit with their coordinating inks.
10. Use the Gel Pen to add accents to the fruit if desired.
11.Adhere Basic Black CS to the back of the strawberries.
12.Color the stems of the fruit with your markers.
13.Adhere leaves to each piece of fruit.
14.Layer the strawberries, apple, and 1 blueberry behind the basket so each one is peeking out.
15. Attach Dimensionals to the outside edges and bottom of basket, and top of basket handle. Adhere to card front.
16. Stamp your greeting on tag. Adhere to basket front.
17. Using the Nature’s Twine, tie a small bow and attach to top of basket handle with a glue dot.
18. Adhere the other blueberry to the inside of the card.
